Easily accessable guttering to be replaced. 2 straight leng --- and 12m. (Font and back of small house) Copper spouting needs to be removed. Fascia board needs to be checked and painted New guttering to be put up (PVC) Pungas will need to be pruned on house side to clear access. Can all be easily accessed with a ladder Is a rental property so please contact me to arrange access - Mondays and Tuesdays are best.
