Hanging picture, two curtain rails and repair small hole in wall

I have a picture measuring approx 2.m x 1.2 hanging in my stairwell, this requires lifting off the wall and re-positioning on my hallway wall. There is a hole about the size of a 50c piece on this hallway wall where a light fixture was removed - this needs to be repaired, just plastered really as the picture will go over the top of it. Secondly, I want to hang a wall hanging on the stairwell wall, so I require a rail to be mounted on the wall. Thirdly, I have another rail I wish to have mounted on another wall for another wall hanging. I have all the fixtures required for the job. I would also like the hollow metal rods cut down by 300m. I would like this done before Christmas please.
