Interior wall and door repair, possible repaint

I need quotes to get the interrior wall in my house repaired. There are holes on both sides and I guess will require a 80cm (W) X 130CM (H) gib board replacement and paint. There are cracks (from kicking) on two doors inside the house as well. Damaged to punching and kicking (long story! - not mine to tell). I may have paint already so please quote with and without paint if possible (creamish white paint). The photos of the wall have 50cm measuring tape as reference.
