- Cut back 9 mm ply and gib, to create bigger opening - Secure ply and gib back to framing - Replace 1x sheet gib to inside room - Install 140x45 framing timber to opening, to further prevent damage - Repair and secure cables back into existing conduit, general tidy of all framing/paneling. - Replace main bolt stay (20mm dia solid bar) - Remove lock to L.H door and repair hole - Replace 2 x light bulbs - Plain edges of all 3 doors and prime, to free up binding - Check all handles function correctly - Install locking latch to cavity slider - Replace 2 x light bulbs - Replace caroma toilet cistern valve - Place door back onto slider guides - Replace 3 x suspended ceiling panels - Repair main door( fill and repair all hinge screw holes,secure hinges back to jam) - Replace 2 x light bulbs - Replace broken staircase trim to R.H side wall - Supply & Install New 3l, 123 cup/hour rheem hot water zip to staff room. - Install 3 x 4.6m roller door seals, vermin proof
