1. We have a couple of rotten boards on the outside of our house around the drains that need replacing 2. There is a latch on our front gate that is not closing properly 3. There is a leak in the spouting / drainage 4. There is a cabinet drawer that has come off it's rail that needs to be fixed (maybe the rail needs to be replaced)
