Wall mount remotes, plastering, odd jobs!

Ok main thing that is tricky is need a couple things installed i.e. drilled into hard tiles so need to know about that and have the right drill equipment I guess! Various little jobs, see some of the photos attached, filling some holes, tidying up some skirtings left unfinished, installing a wardrobe handle, installing shower shelf, mounting remotes to walls. Some of the door hardware was never installed correctly..etc. Looking for someone we can ideally have an on-going relationship with for this type of work as it comes up. Thanks!
