Handyman - filter replacement and child proofing

Need to replace two filters for existing water filters Need to secure few furnitures to the wall for child safety If the person can also do gardening that's an added advantage, as I need to clear weeds, plant new plants and install weed mats Gardening is optional, if they cannot do absolutely fine. Mainly looking for a handyman. Will try and update with some pics later.
