Bathroom wood floor sand & poly

We are renovating a bedroom bathroom of a villa and would like to have the kauri floor sanded and polyurethaned so it can be a feature. It was hidden under lino. Please phone --- Elizabeth or --- Colin. The room is 3.3m x 1.7 m. I would like the floor done before the bath etc are installed asap. (There will be more rooms in future) There is easy access to whole floor.I also have some bowed verandah floor boards that need sanding to level them a bit.
