Need a reliable handyman to do some tasks around our property: 1. Waterblasting concrete 2. Painting roof of bathroom and other touch ups 3. Installing new mail box Plus anything else that comes up in the future (we always need something done). For this job want to pay you hourly plus expenses (eg paint + waterblasting hire).
