Garden Shed - Concrete Pad and Assemble

We have purchased a garden shed which we need to get a concrete pad built for - and then the shed assembled. It is a Qik Fix Garden Shed. 2.3m x 1.5m. (Purchased from Bunnings). The concrete pad needs to be 100mm thick and 100mm bigger than the base of the shed (i.e. 2.4 x 1.6) The edges of the pad from 50mm, need to be sloped in order for the water to drain away.
