General handyman and simple painting job

We are putting our home on the market for sale. I am looking for a general handyman for some minor patch-up work inside, plus some sanding/painting around external window sills and frames of our home. Job includes: Inside: - filling in some small holes in the walls including re-attaching toilet roll holder. Outside: - Sanding and one coat paint job around external window sills and frames, plus two external doors. This does not need to be the highest level of painting. We are looking for a tidy but basic cover-up job. Quantity of painting: 3 x window areas of approx 1m x 1.5m 1 x window area of approx 1m x 3m 2 x window area of approx 1m x 1m 2 x external doors of approx 0.5m x 1.8m We need this work completed by Friday 2nd November.
