Ducting dryer hot air to outside 2

I would like to duct the hot air from my dryer so it goes outside (preventing the hot air fogging up and creating moisture inside). The dryer is positioned on the wall on brackets above the washing machine and it is against an exterior wall. Our house is a bungalow and we would like to ensure the job is done so it looks tidy. I would also like a new tap (same size and already purchased) to be replaced and fitted to the existing basin in our bathroom.
