Handyman work -- Deck and Patio

1. Clean deck (wash/hose/scrub) from gate to house (approx. 10M) and attach non slip mesh. We will supply the Mesh, Contractor to supply Staples to attach mesh to deck. 2. Remove small garden area beside BBQ patio and extend patio area to cover over removed garden and to reach house wall. See photo: Garden is to right. Grey house wall at top of photo. Contractor to supply materials and 'Best Match' pavings. 3. Modify top step of stairs to lower apartment to be a full width step. Top step is part of the wooden deck and is currently only about half a step wide. See photo: Wooden step is at the bottom right of photo.
