Repair 1 - Replace Gib in the hall ceiling - About 1m square area that has had water damage due to a leak in the roof. The leak has been fixed so it is just fixing the gib on the ceiling and plastering that. Repair 2 - A wooden floor board has come up at one end Repair 3 - The hand rail has come away from the aluminium window joinery it was fixed too,

Provided the quote very quickly and job was completed on budget and included another fix that hadn't orginally been included in the quote. Great communication while doing the repairs. Very happy with the outcome. Definitely recommend.
