a bit of repairing work

We have an electrical wire going from the wardrobe, under the house and up through the floor in the lounge that has just been left there and tied. We want this removed and the holes in the floors etc to be repaired. We also have a wooden shelf holder that was damaged and this needs to be replaced. There was also a dent in our polished floor that we wanted to ask about too!
