Small Duplex in Herney Bay needs a wee bit of maintenance. Roof spray for mold growing and the gutters are really full with crap and could do with a good clear out and clean. kitchen cupboard hinge breaking. We have the original hinge still.. The bedroom blind has semi-broken - replace or fix hopefully? The extractor fan in the kitchen has ceased to work, we gave it a clean but still no fan working. Door handle in the washroom falls off so that'd be great to fix, also one of the locks on the lounge door does the same yeah fun times....
