In hallway, remove front door knob/lock and replace with new one - supplied •In laundry, remove and replace door knob/lock (will need to be sourced) •In kitchen, fix or replace door handle (will need to be sourced) •In lounge, repair ceiling around light fitting and paint •In main bedroom, repair ceiling around light fitting and holes in walls where lights were removed and paint •In second bedroom, repair ceiling around light fitting and paint and replace broken window latch (will need to be sourced) •In kitchen, replace fuse in non functioning power point on stove. Advise whether or not the power point then works. •In the bathroom, check that temp silicone is still preventing water getting down the wall and reapply if not.
