Rental property maintenance

There are a few small maintenance items at my rental property that I need some help with: 1) In the kitchen under the lino flooring it feels like a couple of floorboards have come loose that need to be fixed. This happened after having some underfloor insulation installed. 2) Door at entrance (opens onto kitchen) has become difficult to open and close as it is dragging at the bottom, perhaps the hinges need to be tightened. 3) A couple of sections of the garden fence were blown over and need to be put back up.
