Kitchen-Laundry renovation/ Wall removal

* Renovate Kitchen- new cabinets, sink-ware, taps, bench top.. creating space for a new dishwasher/oven/small fridge, in-sink-orator and water filter. * Add a ventilation system of some kind for the new oven and dryer. The house is built of solid concrete blocks and stucco. * Remove inner wall (connecting laundry and kitchen) if possible to make kitchen bigger and more open plan (I assume a beam can be put in as reinforcement?) .. create space for washer/dryer in new kitchen. Above inner wall is tiled bathroom. * possibly remove water heater from downstairs and put upstairs in wardrobe next to the bathroom (if thats even possible?) to both help with space for kitchen and allow for greater pressure in the shower. * I understand that all these jobs may all be separate. The kitchen is a very small kitchen in a one bedroom town house. The outside walls and floor are made of concrete blocks.
