we have a two year old house (was an extension & renovation of an old brick and tile house), now it is time to do general maintenance, repaint the three bedrooms in the old wing again, few minor (paint) cracks on the walls, general wear & tear,kitchen needs a fresh coat of paint walls and ceiling,also need a new cabinet/cupboard,a wooden bi-fold needs minor repairs,bathroom door needs sanding & paint,window needs a extractor fan,a bidet needs replacement,shower grouting needs redone,two doors locks need replacement,staircase cupboard needs hooks/shelf/rackings,looking for a professional tidy builder/handyman who will take great care of the house while conducting repairs,top quality workmanship and will complete the project within the estimated time. there will be more jobs within this house and three other properties if the tradesman does this project to our satisfaction,thankyou
