I have a long list of small handyman / builder type tasks as well as painting that we need doing. Tasks incl: - replacing the catches on our bungalow windows in 4 rooms - prepping and painting the interior of these 4 sets of windows - painting the hallway -refixing an exterior tap to the house - patch up hing marks on a door frame which no longer has a door -door skimming required due to carpeting wooden floors etc. This job suited best to someone who has builder type skills and also painters in their team as we are quite particular on making sure the windows open / close really well with their new catches.
