Door handles and window hinge

We have 2 broken door handles and a rusty hinge thaf needs repairs/replacing. One door handle is one of those round ones that you turn. Basically the timber around the handle is broken where the handle screws to the door. Want this to be a one trip job and if you need to fill in the existing hole I can sand and paint it. The second door handle may just need a new handle fitted. No photos of this one. There is a rusty hinge from a window that hasn’t opened much as it had a restricted stay on it. The hinge needs to be removed and replaced. Really just want someone to come in and do it before the end of the week.
