General Clean-Up following renovation

We are preparing to get 3 bedrooms ready for painting and carpeting. The work involves general clean-up tasks such as remove old skirting and carpet. There is a skirting in the rooms that allows the carpet to ride approx 6cm up the wall. (See photo) We want it removed as new carpet will be on floor only. (some furniture moving required, but I can help with that). Also general repairs such as re-hanging front entry door. We took it off to paint it and on re-hang it has a slight gap which is a security concern.(See Photo). We have a vent in the bathroom that bangs loudly in the wind, needs some foam silencing or similiar on it. We have a few other odd jods to be completed. I'm guessing there's a days work in total.
