Lots of little things..

This is what I need doing....a mixture of plumbing, electrical and odd jobs: 1. Front door steps sanded down and painted 2. Broken gate - Hinge on gate needs replacing and new bolts on gate 3. Replace light fitting in bathroom (I have purchased this) 4. Replace heat lamp bulb in extractor/light fitting in bathroom ( need to know where to go to get one of these big bulbs) 5. Porch light fitting needs replacing ( I have this) 6. Loose Durvant loo seat. Plastic screw holding it secure has broken Thanks!
