Replace "wet wall" bath surround

Job 1: Looking for competent tradesperson to either replace or totally tidy up 3-sided "wet wall" around existing bath in 1920s rental house. I will at the same time ask my plumber to install mixer taps and a new slide shower over the bath. Present "boxing" arrangement at base of wet wall is old, silicone seal is discoloured, the whole thing needs tidying up. Job 2: Install new shower in my home, which is in same road, either lining with separate base, or all in one liner made to measure. Present space is approx. 900 across and about 1 metre deep. My plumber will install slide shower.
