Restore Deck

I have a hardwood deck that is in pretty average condition, due to being exposed to the elements over several years. I'd like quotes to restore it so I can get a few more summers use out of it. I'd also like the lattice and wooden railing around the deck to be replaced, either as part of this job or as a separate job. The size of the deck is about 45 sq meters, it's L-shaped. I think it needs the nails to be driven in, and a good sanding down, followed by oiling/staining, but interested in hearing opinions from experienced hands. I'd prefer someone who has experience in building and/or maintaining decks. thanks!
