Shower/Bathroom Renovation

In our kids' bathroom downstairs we have a shower over the bath. This is awkward to use and clean. We would like to remove the bath and just have a shower in the corner. From the corner to the edge of the window is 91 cm so I hope we could fit a 900 square shower. The plumbing should all pretty much stay in the same place. One concern is what to do about the tiles (in terms of matching or replacing)? We are looking for ballpark estimates at this stage (just from the photo please - no visit required yet). We are open to all ideas that are cost effective, and will look good! Thanks
