Adhering of steel plaques to block wall

hi. I'm a member of my local schools PTA and have organized a family wall fundraising initiative. we have just over 150 stainless steel plaques that requires attachment to a block wall. was thinking of using an industrial adhesive as opposed to screwing to the wall. they measure about 180mm by 80mm each. the plaques will be ready some time next week with the job needing to by done by the 25th of November. located in Meadowbank.
