Backdoor alcove (refer pictures): Dispose cracked glass and replace with clear sheet or fixed glazing? Open to suggestions. Replace rotten window sill and possibly some lengths of warped timber cladding to that area - to inspect first. Front yard: Re-nail fallen off battens/ trellis to posts if possible. Otherwise open to discussion on fence fixing.
