Hanging Heavy Things on Plasterboard Walls

Hanging heavy and delicate 1600 x 850 antique mirror. Hanging three large pieces of art ( 140 x 100, 80 x 100 & 75 x 100) Securing heavy book shelving system to wall (2000 x 2100) Mounting bathroom cabinet to wall (It has it's own bracket) The apartment has plasterboard walls and the studs don't seem to be in very convenient places so this is not going to be super simple, and needs to be very secure as most items are heavy.
