Communication was excellent to start with, but I had some difficulty confirming the date of the job. Once confirmed he turned up bright and early at 9am, though this was not communicated to me so I was caught unawares, which was awkward. Bob completed most of the jobs on the list, though he didn't seal around the windows or install a facia over the power meter box as requested. He did, however, reseat the laundry door and cut some shelves out of a cabinet to fit a dishwasher. These were not planned and Bob was very accommodating in performing these extra tasks (for an additional cost). Unfortunately refitting the laundry door has pushed the internal panelling off, which he didn't repair.

"I confirmed the time and date via builders crack and email ??? I didn't notice the panel has been pushed out !! The sealing around the windows is a total waste of time, the fascia around the meterbox was more than adequate after I refitted it !!"
