I need a builder/hanyperson to patch/repair some minor damage to exterior cladding of a rental property in Mt Wellington. The exterior cladding is some sort of particle board....(goes like soggy weetbix when damaged and wet). Getting the place washed and painted next week so need some minor repairs completed 1st ...Have used metal flashing to cover and seal damaged areas previously and wish to dot he same again so please view photo's. There are numerous small damaged areas.
