Terrace house renovation

New Kitchen: My kitchen is about 10 square metres. I want all new kitchen joinery and a bench top (and the old joinery removed). I want the walls painted and the floors tiled. The floor-area to tile is about 5 square metres. I am getting all new kitchen appliances, so need them to be installed. I'll need an electrician to install new plugs. I want to put in a new sink and dishwasher, so there will be some plumbing too. Bathroom: I want new vanity and loo (old one to be removed). Floor and wall to be tiled. Living area: The living room is about 18 square metres. I want wall to be painted and floor to be laminated. Badrooms: I have 2 small bedrooms. I want them to be carpeted, walls to be painted and add some dividers into the wardrobe.
