Install 3 Exterior Vent Outlets

We have three exterior outlet vents to install. The tricky bit is the height - being approximately 7 metres on the wall of a double story house. Access is good and the ground is concrete and flat. So just need the right ladder and whatever OSH safety approved equipment.
