New outdoor clothesline

Need to remove an existing (rusted) clothes line out of the yard and put a new one in. The existing one has two metal poles concreted in that will have to be excavated. The idea is to replace it with a new folding clothesline. New Poles or posts will need to be put in to secure it. --- / ---
