Relocate steel fence. Cutting and welding required.

Existing steel fence across front of property is to be removed and turned 90 degrees to separate between driveway and path to front door. The photo shows the fence which extends to the right. We are wanting it run from the left side of the letter boxes to beside the house door. I have a photo but i can't seem to upload it so if you respond I can email it to you. Require existing fence / fence posts to be cut and then post bolted to concrete with angle brackets or similar and fence sections welded back in place. Property is tenanted. Tenants move out in a couple of weeks so would like completed 3 weeks from now
