handyman needed for a day or two

Hey! We are doing up our rental property to sell and need a handyman to come and do some minor building jobs; replacing some wood on an external sleepout, patching the ceiling with gib and hanging some doors. Want someone for one or two days work who can be flexible, look at the jobs on the day, get the materials needed then complete the jobs. Day would start at 8 and finish at 5. I would pay an hourly rate plus any materials needed. i would also be there to help if you needed. Work must be completed between 30th October and 3 November (next week)
