Nothing is a problem for Ron. He can look at a problem and immediately arrive at a solution. Ron is pro active and jobs that related to the set tasks but yet which I hadn't even asked to be done were done. Ron is very professional and a perfectionist with his work. Ron went above and beyond on what was required of him. Really happy with the work that was completed.
