need to connect existing gutter to a downpipe to re-distribute stormwater.

very prompt and polite. Unfortunately they had to come back twice as the new downpipe was not connected and glued together. I found out after the job that a proper connection to gutter was not used where the spec calls for it to be used. This will cause problems. Overall very disappointed as I trusted that the job would have been done right.
