Bathroom: Replace old sealant around bath and basin

The sealant and plastic gutters around my bathtub and basin is all mildewed and breaking up in places. After showering the water from the bath seeps through these gaps and leaks through to the next room, which unfortunately is the nursery. This is probably only a few hours work but we would appreciate if someone would be able take on this job asap.
