Replace gas regulator on a 9 Kg gas bottle

Replace gas regulator on a 9 Kg gas bottle. Our Smeg Gas oven burners (refer to photos) are producing a low flame. It was working fine till yesterday. It is running on a 9 Kg gas bottle which ran out yesterday. We filled the gas bottle and connected it but since then the flame is very low. It starts off high but then in a few seconds goes low. We have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the gas bottle but no luck. Could you come out and take a look today please?! It is most likely a fault with the gas regulator.
