Avondale - fence removal

I have a rental property where the tenant added some extra fencing to keep a dog in, she failed to remove that when she left - despite an agreement that she would. I need a quote on getting the extra fencing removed. I will need the quote in hand for Tenancy Tribunal proceedings on Monday 25 Sept (and preferably before). The work is detailed in 3 images attached to this request. The address is 5A Tait St, Avondale. The property is vacant - so access is no probably (though be warned the driveway is pretty awful).
