Installation of plasma screen tv on wall

I have a pioneer plasma tv screen and would like this installed on the wall. I have the bracket and just need this installed on a wall at my house, the cables don't need to be hidden in the wall, it's fine if they are located on the outside and i'll get some tubing to hide them instead. I'm most concerned about the tv being fixed securely to the wall and so it can't be stolen. Previously a padlock was attached to the back of the tv where it connected to the bracket.
