General Maintenance of Motel

We are a motel in Newmarket with 28 units that is looking for a handyman to replace the retiree we had previously working for us for some years. We are looking for someone who would be be able to come in on a Tuesday once a fortnight (8 hours gauranteed) or on a weekly basis (dependent on work) to carry out small general maintenance jobs. Jobs include painting, repairing doors/ wardrobes, removing rubbish, repairing ranchsliders, installing items such a shower caddys, towel rails etc. Looking for an hourly rate of $20 - $25 per hour. Job is perfect for retiree.
