Ellerslie tidy up

Variety of small jobs- check roof as rain occasionally runs down pipe into HW cupboard, rain also runs down pipe leading into toilet, cable hanging low needs pulling back up on to roof, remove large wooden box in an enclosed courtyard, cut down large privet in same courtyard, Just some of the jobs that come to mind as I type. There are more to be done so would like to get an indication of price first so can see what i can afford. thank you
