Replace Window

We have a slanted roof (one story) and at the top there is a double window that looks down into the kitchen. We've had a building report and the window needs to be replaced as it's leaking. We'd like a quote for double glazed windows as well. There is also some wooden cladding around the window that has come loose. Not sure if it's just rusty nails.. but perhaps we could get this fixed at the same time. (depending on price)
