We are selling our property and want a practical handyman to do the following tasks or assist in managing another contractor if necessary. Jobs include; Replacing garage door frame, new garage door, waterproof and paint underground single garage interior, waterblast deck and paving, re-stain/paint deck if necessary, remove any rubbish and general tidy up for sale, small repairs and touch ups where necessary, managing any issues found from building report.
