Mount Home Theatre Projector on Ceiling

Quick and simple job: I have a home theatre projector and mount kit (does not include drywall screws), would like to attach it to the ceiling. I have been given the green light from the property manager as long as a professional does the work. Sufficiently long power and HDMI cables already in place, would be good to tidy up the lines after install if possible. Flexible schedule (including weekends), happy to pay cash to keep things simple.
