Replace gib, Plaster and Paint job

We require an honest and reliable handyman who can help with the following tasks: Removing gib board Prep the area and tape off, mask and protect areas that are unpainted. Painting the block work behind the Jib with Bitumen paint (paint provided) Replacing gib board, (with Aqua line gib) Plastering, sanding and Painting the area replaced. (paint/plaster/sandpaper tools provided if necessary) As the bitumen paint is impossible to clean if there is a mistake or accident. We require someone that can provide a clean , professional finish and tidy up when the work is done. Measurements are: Area 1 H: --- Area 2 H:500 W:500 Must bring own tools, and aqualine gib - paint, plaster and bitumen provided
