Avondale - cupboards / towel rail / locks

I need a few things done at a rental property in Avondale. 1. Kitchen cabinet - there is a corner kitchen cabinet which has a door in two panels with a hinge between them. The second panel fell into disrepair and my tenants removed it (without telling me) so I need it replaced. (In same photo as kitchen drawers). 2. Kitchen drawers - new fronts need to be sourced and installed since the current ones has suffered (? due to water damage). 3. Tall pantry cupboard (not pictured) - new door needed since the one that was in place when the house was rented as vanished. 4. Wonky heated towel rail to be removed and replaced with a non-heated one. Hopefully I can hide a spare set of keys at the house to make it easy for someone to call in to quote. The house is empty now. Though my tenant has "mislaid" her keys while moving out so I don't have a spare set right now. I will probably have to get locks changed as well ... so if installing new locks on the front and back door would be of interest feel free to quote on that too.
